Founder, Career Pharos
Sumeet Nausalya is a seasoned marketing and education professional with over a decade of experience spanning digital marketing, academic training, and edtech leadership. With a strong foundation in marketing and advertising, he has consistently driven growth across roles in both corporate and academic landscapes. He has held strategic positions at reputed organizations, where he played a key role in driving digital transformation in schools, executing impactful marketing campaigns, and launching successful educational products.
Sumeet is also a certified career coach and a certified confidence life coach, further enhancing his ability to support individuals in navigating their career journeys with clarity and assurance.
His transition into academia allowed him to blend industry insights with a passion for mentoring.
He holds advanced degrees in Advertising & Marketing Communication from Coventry University (UK), a PGDM in Marketing, and a PGD in Foreign Trade, along with certifications from leading global platforms like Google, Semrush, and Meta.

Mr. Bittoo Kumar Sharma

Bittoo Kumar Sharma is a passionate educator, with a strong background in management and human resources. He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Lovely Professional University and is pursuing his Ph.D. in Management from Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation, Malaysia. He brings a deep understanding of career planning, workplace dynamics, and professional growth.
His research in areas like Artificial Intelligence in management, workplace diversity, and digital transformation gives him a modern outlook on today’s fast-changing job market. He uses this knowledge to stay updated with industry trends and guide students toward future-ready careers.
He brings value as a career counselor by offering practical, well-informed advice tailored to each individuals strengths, interests, and goals. With his calm and approachable nature, Bittoo helps students and professionals gain clarity, build confidence, and take the right steps toward a fulfilling career.
